General Salesconditions Green Queens bvba

These general terms and conditions shall apply to all agreements concluded by Greenqueens bvba, unless expressly deviated from in writing. These general terms and conditions shall take precedence over the contracting party's general terms and conditions, even if Greenqueens bvba has not expressly objected to them. All other terms and conditions shall only be opposable to Greenqueens bvba after explicit acceptance.

Only the Dutch version of these general terms and conditions shall be legally binding. All other versions are provided for information purposes only.

The sale of goods by Greenqueens bvba does not affect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Greenqueens bvba. These rights can only be explicitly transferred by Greenqueens bvba.

The goods ordered will be delivered to the address given by the customer when placing the order.

Unless expressly permitted by Greenqueens bvba, goods delivered by Greenqueens bvba may only be offered for sale by the buyer at the addresses specified by the buyer.

The ownership rights to the goods sold shall only be transferred by Greenqueens bvba to the customer after payment of the full purchase price.

Offers made by Greenqueens bvba are for information purposes only and are not binding on Greenqueens bvba.

All invoices are payable pro forma within 1 month.

Any unpaid invoice on the due date shall give rise to a cumulative right, by operation of law and without reminder:
-interest on arrears at the rate laid down in Article 5 of the Law of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, with a minimum of 10% per annum.
- fixed compensation of 10% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of 50 euros.

Any cancellation or termination of an order entitles Greenqueens to a fixed compensation of 50% of the invoice amount.

In the event of non-payment, Greenqueens bvba shall be entitled to postpone delivery of subsequent agreements or orders until after receipt of the full purchase price.

Objections to invoicing shall only be accepted in so far as they are made in writing and at the latest 8 days after
the invoice date. Failing this, the invoice shall be deemed to have been accepted.

All returns as a result of incorrect delivery, damage, dissatisfaction or any other reason must be communicated with the agent or by e-mail to welcome@greenqueens.be within 8 working days after
receipt of the goods. In order for the return procedure to run smoothly, we ask our customers to find the return document on the dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/lcyf5xrmncxcmaf/AACOklCdxturCojjH2U4lmbPa?dl=0).

All payment and financial transaction costs are at the expense of the customer. The customer bears the risk of currency fluctuations.

IIf Greenqueens bvba does not invoke the sanctions, restrictions and fees to which it is entitled by virtue of these general terms and conditions, this does not mean that it will not do so in the future.

All agreements concluded by Greenqueens bvba shall be governed by Belgian law.

For any dispute to which these general terms and conditions apply, the courts of the district of Antwerp shall be competent. Greenqueens bvba shall have the option of bringing a dispute before any justice of the peace having its registered office in Antwerp. Contrary to this, Greenqueens bvba also has the choice to bring a dispute before any court that, without this choice of forum, would have been competent by virtue of article 624 of the Judicial Code.
